YOUR CUBA LIBRE EXPERIENCE MAY LOOK A LITTLE DIFFERENT AS WE NAVIGATE THE CURRENT CORONAVIRUS OUTBREAK TOGETHER
Here are some of the things you may notice:
- Limiting our late-night dancing occupancy to 250 guests. Where our restaurants have two floors with independent entrances, each floor may be open to accommodate 250 guests. No guests will be allowed to move between floors.
- VIP tables placement to allow more distance between guests
- Ensuring all employees are conscientiously and frequently washing their hands
- Providing publicly accessible hand sanitizers
- Increasing disinfecting frequency of high touch surfaces through the night, such as menus, tables, chairs, bars, door handles, bathroom fixtures, elevator buttons
Here are some of the things you may not notice:
- Adding extra training and monitoring to ensure that we significantly exceed National Restaurant Association’s ServSafe guidelines for handwashing and sanitizing all surfaces
- Broadening the scope of the nightly sanitizing of our venues
- Providing our staff more flexible call-out and time-off guidelines and prohibiting them from working if they are exhibiting symptoms of illness or after having recent contact with someone with an infectious disease
- Actively monitoring the latest information from the Center for Disease Control (CDC) as well as the local Department of Health and continuing to follow best practices and recommendations
